Precious Watkins, Founder & Managing Principal of SOLA Property Group, brings 15 years of hands-on multifamily property management experience.
Her background spans operations, leasing, compliance, resident relations, and property performance. Throughout her career, she has developed high-performing teams, strengthened operating systems, and addressed the day-to-day challenges that influence an investment's performance.
Today, she brings that same operational discipline to independent real estate investors, pairing experienced leadership with the personalized attention of a boutique firm.
