Precious Watkins is the Founder & Managing Principal of SOLA Property Group, bringing 15 years of multifamily property management experience overseeing residential communities spanning up to 56 acres. Her background includes operations, leasing, compliance, resident relations, & asset performance, with a focus on building high-performing teams, efficient systems, maximizing property performance, & delivering exceptional owner & resident experiences.
For more than 15 years, Precious has helped owners protect and improve property performance by building strong operating systems, leading teams, and solving the day-to-day challenges that impact an investment's success. Today, she brings that same operational approach to independent real estate investors, helping them protect their investments, improve performance, and enjoy truly hands-off ownership.
